Please read these terms carefully before using our website or purchasing ATM machines, parts, rentals or services from ATM Systems.
Agreement to terms
These terms and conditions govern your use of the ATM Systems website (atm4canada.com) and any purchase of ATM machines, parts, rentals or related services. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. ATM Systems is a division of 2422641 Ontario Inc.
Products, pricing and availability
Product descriptions, prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Certain promotional pricing may be available only in combination with a processing agreement, as noted on the relevant product. We make every effort to display accurate information, but we do not warrant that all content is error-free.
Orders and payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation. Online payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and your use of those services is subject to their own terms. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
Know Your Client requirements
To activate an ATM, the machine owner must complete our Know Your Client process, which may include providing a copy of Canadian identification, business registration where applicable, a void cheque or stamped direct deposit form, and a completed Source of Funds declaration. Some high-volume locations may require a background check on the ATM owner.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping timelines and fees are provided at the time of order. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Event rental fees include delivery, setup and pick up as described on the Event Rentals page.
Rentals
Mobile ATM rentals are reserved for the dates and location agreed upon at the time of booking. Rental terms, including insurance coverage described on the Event Rentals page, apply for the duration of the booking.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and images, is the property of ATM Systems or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATM Systems is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our products and services. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
